I had bought a Nintendo Wii U back in 2014. Last year in 2020, I had recently dropped the Nintendo Wii U Gamepad on the floor by accident. Then, when I try to play a Wii U game. I received an error code: 165-6596 that turns the Wii U Gamepad off. I called Nintendo to see if they could repair it. But, they say, “they no longer repair the Nintendo Wii U.”
I even try to get it repair at a game store and they say, “they was unable to repair it.” So, basically Nintendo no longer supports repairs on the Nintendo Wii U and some game stores can’t even fix this error.
Suggestion: Next time, Nintendo comes up with a new game console. Try to repair its game consoles of the last generation for 10 years since its release date, and make it possible for video game stores that does repairs be able to repair it.
