Mario Power Tennis was the best Mario Tennis game I ever played. It has all the Super Mario characters and they has a physical, and special move when it comes to hitting the tennis ball. It has 8 cups including Mushroom, Flower, Star, Fire, Thunder, Rainbow, Moonlight, and Planet cups.
Mario Tennis Aces was okay. It has way more characters than Mario Power Tennis, and a story mode. The game has made all characters have only 1 move that can be used as both offensive, and defensive move. It’s got rid of the other cups too. Excluding Fire, Thunder, Rainbow, Moonlight, and Planet cups. The cups has been reduced to 3 cups in Tournament mode.
Nintendo should bring back all 8 cups in tournament mode, and all characters’ 2 movesets that is physical, and special.
