What Bad News About the Nintendo 3DS’s, and Nintendo Wii U’s eShop Shutdown?

The Nintendo 3DS’s, and Nintendo Wii U’s eShop is shutting down on March 27, 2023. The bad news is that Pokemon fans won’t be able to migrate, and transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Gen III-V games to the Pokemon Bank. Also, if you don’t download the Pokemon Bank App before March 27, 2023. You won’t be able to migrate, and transfer Pokemon from the older games to the Pokemon Bank App.

You won’t be able to collect all the Pokemon from the older games, and transfer them over to Pokemon Bank.

If you owned a Nintendo Wii U, you won’t be able to purchased any DLC packs for your Wii U games, and used the Wii U Pro controller to play a lot of virtual console games. Most Wii U games can’t be played with the Wii U Pro controller. Which basically means that you wasted $60 on a Wii U Pro controller that barely useable for most Wii U games. Mostly virtual console games only. Except, for the Nintendo DS, and Wii games on Wii U’s eShop.

So, if your planning on getting a Nintendo Wii U, and some Wii U games. And, probably planning on purchasing some DLC packs for them. You’ll be better off getting the Nintendo Switch with Wii U deluxe titles instead.

Except, for Splatoon, and Yoshi’s Woolly World. These are the only two Wii U games that are different than the Wii U games Switch deluxe titles.
