Find an access point in a dungeon, and enter it. Used the healing machine inside the DigiLab, and pay to heal your Digimon. Exit the DigiLab.
This helps you don’t have to force yourself to leave the dungeon to return to Nakano Broadway to heal yourself, and don’t fight any wild Digimon along the way.
