Try not to get all the four suit cards to level 2 until you, and other players purchase all the shops. Get 5-8 shops, 1-2 2 rows of shops on either the left, or right side of the board game, and buy out 1 shop of other players’ shop near yours to get 2 row of shops.

Spruce your shops in rows, or by itself a few times, and save your money. Invest in your shops’ prices to be around 200-900 gold, and spruce your capital for each shop a few times, so that you could make around 200-900 gold when other players land on your shops.
