Level up your party to Lv.63, block his sword attacks, and used Ancient Barrier to received no damage for a while. When he changed to his 2nd form, help Yurick used his Big Bang, and keep attacking him. If he take away you, or your party members’ lives. Used Revive.
If he in his 3rd form, he’ll casts lightning bolts at you, and knock you down, and try to grab you. When he strikes you with his lightning bolts, roll to dodge them because they deal a lot of damage. Try not to let him knock you down, and if he does, move the joystick to get him to let you go.
When you take down his 3rd form, climb up on the blocks, walk on the wall of the block, and attack him in mid-air to finish him off.
