Before you transferred all your legendary Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon Home, do not do it because there are some legendary Pokémon that you need to used in older Pokémon version games in order to get other legendary Pokémon.
Once you transferred all your legendary Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon Home, you’ll not be able to returned them back to Pokémon Bank to older Pokémon version games.
