Have 7-8 Digimon in your Reserve Digimon party for training, and 3 strongest/powerful Mega battle Digimon in your party. Go to Tokyo Metropolitan Office. Go to 40th floor. Go to 48th floor, and used Force Encounter(Lv.2).
Defeat all Digimon with your strongest/powerful battle Mega Digimon. Keep using Force Encounter(Lv.2) to defeat all Digimon until your Reserve Digimon has reached required levels, and stats for digivolving, and de-digivolving them.
When they do, used Home Gate, and go to the Digi-Lab to digivolve, and de-digivolve all your Reserve Digimon to Lv.1 to increase their ABI faster. Try to digivolve your Reserve Digimon from In-Training I to Mega then de-digivolve to In-Training I again.
Before you do, nicknamed all your Digimon with Mega Digimon names by shortening it, and putting the same capital letter at the end for all Reserve Digimon in your party to help you remember your Digimon original Mega evolved form. Do this until all your Reserve Digimon’s ABI is 200.
